Financial principles of investment funds
Outcome
Understand how investment decisions are made, the reasoning behind building portfolios, how performance is reported and how allocations, drawdowns, fees and distributions are dealt with in practice.
Accounts for dispute and litigation lawyers
Outcome
Designed specifically for dispute and litigation lawyers, this course will provide an overview of key things these lawyers need to find out from a set of accounts forming part of a dispute or litigation.
Share-based payments as part of incentive schemes
Outcome
This course provides incentive lawyers with what they need to know about the accounting for share-based payments when implementing such an incentive scheme.
PSC Elective (F&B): Accounts for trainees
Outcome
An introduction to accounts and how the accounts interact with the work of the lawyer.
